MY ORDER

How do I collect my order?

Once you place your order, allow for 1-3 days for your order to be processed. Once your payment is approved and your order is processed, your products will be available for pickup. For a delivery, choose the option to have it shipped at Checkout. 

I want my product delivered to me.

Helpful tip: In the notes page of your checkout, please specify the location to have your product delivered. If you forgot to add a note, via the Contact Us page on our website, please enter your order number and where you would like your product delivered. Please allow for 24 hours for a response. 

NB: Please provide us with the best contact number for you. 

I ordered the wrong product

Once an order is processed and the payment is received all sales are non-refundable. We do allow exchanges within 3 business days of receiving your order once the product is in its original packaging and you can show your order receipt.

My Order was cancelled 

We cancel pickup orders once you have not collected your item within 3 days of placing your order. We also cancel orders if the address is not accurate and there is no telephone number. If none of these reasons fit the reason your order may have been cancelled please email us at kismetbeautysvg@gmail.com. 

International Shipping

Can I ship internationally?

No, Kismet Beauty Supplies does not ship internationally at this time.

I forgot my password, how do I log in?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password?" below My Account. An email would be sent to the email you provided when setting up the account. At that point you would be able to reset your password. If you are still having trouble resetting your password, please email us at kismetbeautysvg@gmail.com

My Account & Loyalty Program

What is the difference between My Account and a Beauty Squad Account?

To register for My Account, all you need to provide is your name, email address, and password. You can fill out the rest of your account information including shipping, billing, address and personal options at your leisure. Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, and manage your account.

Beauty Squad is Kismet Beauty Supplies Loyalty Program. Earn 1 points for every $1.00 that you spend. Points can be redeemed at 800 points. Members on the Beauty Squad also have premier access to special discounts, coupon codes and first dibs on product/service launches.

How can I find the status of my order?

You can find the status of a particular order and view your order history on the order status tracking page of your account.

Credit Card Trouble

I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, email kismetbeautysvg@gmail.com or contact your financial institution for further assitance. 

Out of Stock Products

How do I know when an item will be restocked online or stocked in stores?

If the product says "coming soon" or "out of stock," come visit us again. If you want to know if a product will be re-stocked, please use our Contact Us page and let us know the products you wish for us to restock.

 Can I pre-order a product? 

Unfortunately at this time, Kismet does not allow for pre-orders via our website. To preorder an item, email us at kismetbeautysvg@gmail.com.
